	Billings and Invoicing Task
> Maintain file to help track needed invoices we have to generate and send to client
> Before generating invoices, need to review invoice accuracy based on the details that are stated in our contracts like double checking the scheduled dates, the rates, if there are taxes we need to apply per contract

	AR (Accounts Receivables) Management
> Maintain file to help gather needed invoices we need to follow-up for payment
> Chasing payments directly with client and help remind them on their upcoming due invoices
> Weekly updates presented to our Leadership on our outstanding invoices
> Help track POs (purchase order) if we are still on budget and collaborate with our CM Team (Client Management) for any PO top-ups or issues
> Collaborate with Leads, client, AP team (Accounts Payable) for any issues regarding payments issues or needed additional requirements for payment processing

	Pricing and Opportunity Management
> Update and maintain files and our tool for our potential sales opportunities
> We help flag to Leaderships for any needed details we need to update and if there are any work at risk for any of our opportunities
> Help our Leads in their pricing requests to help evaluate the overall costs on the kind of business they want to present to client
> Ensure that any activities, expenses, tax related costs and the overall payroll and non-payroll costs are being considered
> We also collaborate with our CM Team (Client Management) to align all the contract details to our pricing and with our CFM Team (Client Financial Management) if revenue and capital charges are aligned to what they are expecting
> Weekly presentation to our Leaderships on the Pricing and Opportunity updates and help them remind if there are other approvals needed to help progress our Opportunities
