As Head of Sales in Uniify, I specifically enjoy building and scaling the sales org. from early-stage setup to well-structured and high-performing. 

I lead and coach a team of BDRs and AEs, set budgets, targets, and bonus structures, and still stay hands-on in the field myself.

Impact at Uniify:
	•	Meetings grew from 238 before my arrival to 746 in my first year (+200%).
	•	Revenue grew 32% in year one, despite entering a new market and vertical at the same time.

- Creating and updating dashboards and reports in HubSpot to monitor and optimize sales performance and processes.
