The depth of your answer
Sharing details

When you provide details in your answers, you SHOW that you know what you are talking about

When you breeze over it because you think they don't want a long answer, you are hurting yourself

Then comes the coachability

There isn't a role on this planet that the hiring manager does not want to see coachability in their candidates

It is how you improve
Whatever you do, you should always be trying to improve
If not, pick something else to do

When you share the details, you show your stuff

When you share what you could have done better or differently, it shows coachability
It shows you are human
It shows self awareness

Sales managers WANT to see this

You are not perfect
No one expects you to do
But how you convey your vulnerabilities and willingness to improve go a long way
