He broke every "vacation fitness rule."

The scale didn't care.

8 days in Hawaii. Breakfast buffets almost daily. Free drinks for half the trip. One workout the entire week.

The old version of him would have come home bloated, guilty, and ready to punish himself.

This time?

He didn't track. He didn't stress. He didn't white-knuckle through meals trying to "stay disciplined."

He just made good choices without thinking about it.
