After studying computer engineering and diving into Python, machine learning, and app development, burnout led me to leave college and rediscover my love for art. Now, I run Tanosei Studio, motion design business, work full time crafting visuals for b2b and startups, and create content that blends tech, philosophy, and art.

1. Successfully held more than 30 events, webinars, trainings and people development programs with more than 40 participants.

2. Motivating sales people to boost productivity to generate more sales for more than 20% by awards and campaigns.

2. Assembled raw data and processed into became information using software such as Microsoft Excel, then summarized the result and data analysis in the form of visual graphs.

3. Coordinated monthly performance meetings and extending invitations to Regional and Branch Heads to ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment.

4. Gained valuable insights into advanced business growth and development analysis through regional meetings, augmented by the application of Problem Identification Corrective Action (PICA) analysis methodologies.

5. Produced concise monthly reports derived from PICA analysis, offering actionable insights for informed decision-making.
