Building a product in the pre AI era was simple. You designed a workflow and controlled every input and output.

AI breaks that comfort. You control the user actions and inputs, but the output won’t obey you fully.

If you want to build a meaningful AI product, design for unpredictability. Treat AI as a collaborator, not a component. 

Give it the right context, constraints and feedback loops so it stays on track.

You’re no longer engineering a workflow, you’re engineering behavior. 

AI products aren’t built by tightening control. They’re built by shaping intelligence.

What we eliminate is as important as what we gather.

We often prioritize adding new strategies, tools, and processes to improve.

However, in every aspect of business, cutting out redundant processes, outdated practices, and inefficiencies is just as crucial.

Especially now in the AI era, we can cut down at least 30% of the clutter.

This also makes our efforts more effective and impactful.
