At some point, someone stepped into the ocean with no proof they’d come back.
 
They didn’t know what was out there. No maps. No guarantees. Just curiosity.

You can call it courage or stupidity.
 
But that step opened doors for the entire world.
 
If you’re venturing into something new and scary in 2026, keep going.

You may not see it yet. But you may end up changing the world.

Scale and Growth are outputs, not strategies.

Ironically, the best way to grow is not by chasing growth. 

Instead, focus on building systems that let you learn faster than the market.

Learn from every customer interaction, every failed experiment, every market shift.

If you can build tight feedback loops, your growth becomes inevitable.

Most 0–1 failures don’t die because the idea was bad.

They die because the founder tried to be clever before being useful.

0–1 has only one real job:
Turn uncertainty into a repeatable decision.

That means:
• One ICP you can name without a slide
• One problem tied to money, time, or risk
• One behavior change you can observe
• One transaction that proves intent

Anything beyond this is intellectual entertainment.

Vision doesn’t build 0–1.
Constraints do.

If you can’t explain why a stranger paid you in one sentence, you don’t have a product yet. You have a theory.

And theories are cheap. Execution is not.
