Mee6 is providing Discord server owners with the best possible bot to engage and make their community grow. 
- Arrived as lead product manager on the bot scope after management changes and fixed our delivery and team dynamic to get back on a track of fast iteration
- Led experimentations about paywall optimization & pricing changes to increase conversion rate (CVR) and top line revenues - Impact: flat. 
- Brought Mee6 AI using Open API from 0 to 1 Impact: led initiative to reach USD 50k monthly revenues then handovered to another PM
- Revamped user onboarding to boost adoption of Mee6 plugins. Impact : +5% in activation rate through ab test
- Increased Mee6 product value by launching 6 new plugins. Impact: activation rate of some of these plugins in line with tier1 plugins driving most engagement
- Data: led analysis of Mee6 plugins contribution to revenue building several attribution models, defining key metrics and dahsboard in Big query & Amplitude tools
- Data: led exploration of plugins usage correlation to identify bundling opportunities

Lead Product Manager

Led the launch of new worker services to improve worker lives: 
- led the discovery work on these new services to impact adoption among iziwork app MAU
- structured the approach to optimize time to market: launched a new service every 2 weeks ; secured apprx. 10 new worker services through external service providers and launched email user tests to test adoption rate

Led the worker tribe composed of 3 features teams: 
- I was responsible for the product strategy 
- I helped aligning feature team strategy with overall tribe and company strategy
- I managed a direct and indirect team of 8 (products, designers, QA)

- Led a product initiative to scale our payroll operations to be able to handle a 5x payslips volume
- Reduced by 50% worker timesheet contestation rate by simplifying mobile UX

- Led product discovery on solving visitors need for inspiration ; implemented a ‘shop the look’ POC to measure visitors engagement baseline and explored options to scale that experience.  
- Led the product delivery of building an in-house CMS to allow better merchandizing of products in advice content and. Led to an increase of click through rate by 30%.

- Launched ManoMano Pro on March 2019 coordinating features team involved in product merchandizing 
- Built the Pro sign up funnel and then optimized it (+25% CVR)
- Lead product discovery work on the Pro loyalty program
- Launched the Pro loyalty experience (dedicated ManoManoPro homepage)

Squirrel at Work

Squirrel is a SAAS product allowing consumer credit marketing professionals to position credit prices with full knowledge of competitive environnement. 
I started working on that product during Le Wagon coding bootcamp I attended. I left the company pre-product market fit to join more exciting challenges.

- Implementation of 25 web crawlers to scrap consumer credit prices (Capybara / background jobs with Sidekiq)
- Conception of data visualization with google charts
- Stack: Capybara, Sidekiq, postgre SQL, Sketch, Mixpanel, Heroku

I worked as an entrepreneur on the following 2 product initiatives and ultimately joined Le Wagon coding bootcamp to be more hands on building products.  

1️⃣ Burolao, a product aiming to help freelances rent temporary offices at employees home left empty for the day. 
- customer discovery phase: user reasearch and user interviews, value proposition building
- "do things that don't scale" : ~ 20 manual matching to test the excitment of users through le bon coin
- Winner of startup pirates Paris 2015 (July 2015)
- Learnt rails by myself for building back-end (M. Hartl tutorial)

2️⃣ Hoardspot
Hoardspot allows Airbnb hosts to easily share keys with incoming guests.
- Launched hoardspot in France : development of 15 b2b partnerships / website setup 
- Operations evangelits: ensured ease of use of products (training, tutorials)

- Private banking: conception of a new framework for assessing collateral value and managing risks (counterparty, liquidity) for lombard credit (2000 mutual funds and hedge funds) ; training of team (9 people : Paris, Geneva, Honk Kong)
- Investment banking: conduct of lean studies on middle-office and back-office teams (50 people) and transformation roadmap.

I have 9 years of product management experience, mainly consumer. I worked on all phases of a product: from 0 to 1 as well as on optimizing more mature products. I've worked in various tech company sizes : from 20 to 1000 employees, which made me familiar with various organization product challenges. 

I am day after day excited by my product management role that I see as a challenging synthesis of: 
- acting at the frontier of innovation with new tech & design to reinvent how things are done 
- deeply understanding customer needs to get to the why and knowing where (in)direct competitors are moving to find appropriate product positioning
- deeply understanding company economics to craft with other stakeholders compelling strategies to make the business grow

In a nutshell, my product experiences include: Being the 1st product manager at FoodChéri,  joining ManoMano hypergrowth in 2018 to launch the b2b product line, shifting Iziwork to a worker-centric approach to temporary work, and more recently optimizing Mee6 revenues and finding the company next growth trajectory.
