- Managed the diagnosis, escalation and resolution of incidents / problems within expected timeframes and delegated workloads to staff members to meet targets.
- Held oversight of budgets related to IT service as well as cost tracking and budget planning processes.
- Reported to senior management on issues with significant potential impact on business continuity.
- Coordinated the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of all IT systems and associated backups.
- Adopted a hands-on approach to the management of server, network and storage systems across the estate.
- Updated all infrastructure to include the latest technologies and strengthened the integrity of systems.

-	I led a high-skilled team of Service Delivery Managers managing the operational delivery of all ESP customer contracts.
-	I act as a role model and coach to support, direct and counsel individuals and teams to continuously challenge themselves to achieve greater levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
