•	Managing a portfolio of properties from HMO buildings, apartments and commercial shops 
•	Buying and selling properties- creating investment opportunities (buying run down properties and then re selling to investors to create revenue)
•	Experience in client/tenant relationship management. Liaising with landlord, tenant and registered contractors over maintenance issues, ensuring all parties are regularly briefed
