We just landed 500+ clients with an Instagram page, a ridiculous amount of graft, and a flat-out refusal to play by the ‘wedding industry rule book.’ ✋🏼 

Why? Because at The Wed Collective, we threw that rule book out. Ripped it up and set it on fire, actually. 💁🏼‍♀️ 

We listened to what the industry REALLY needed - and then we built it not just for them, but with them in the room. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

And now?

Creating work instructions, processes and procedures, safety and training documents while training GMP standards to assigned technicians.  
Qualified multiple fabrication companies in evaluating quality of fabrications of steel work and that they meets dimensions and tolerances of drawings.

Procurement Manager - Vetted local vendors and negotiated pricing that significantly reduced cost.

Create and implement processes and procedures in all aspects relating to the Production Group.

Supervised the manufacturing of UL 508 Certified Electrical Control Panels and Systems integration consisting of PLC Controls, VFD Pump Controls and AC/DC Power Distribution for LNG/CNG Gas Stations as well as manufactured LNG/CNG Dispensers.  Part of the Engineering Group drafting electrical drawings, components and system modification and updating all redline drawings using Autocad Electrical.

Supervised manufacturing of Electrical Automated Machines and Formlabs 3D Desktop printers.  Provided technical expertise in other electrical control system build processes. Provided substantial technical expertise that led to less downtime and improved performance of system builds.

Responsible for processing, planning and scheduling of multi-million dollar Sales Orders for the manufacturing of Office Furniture from the requisitioning of raw materials to the final product being shipped to customers utilizing the SAP R/3 modules. Increased sales and production from $2 million a month to a high of over 6 million a month within 9 months of placement as manager.
