My Story is My Why
My background has led me to the purpose I have in helping VBC organizations.  As a practicing clinician, I saw the need to be creative and help patients as my cardiology patients wanted health and prevention instead of disease management.  I became a Health Coach as a result of that need and created a program to help my patients.  I fell in love with coaching and decided to start my business as an organizational leadership consultant in 2020 with the mission to help healthcare organizations drive better patient outcomes through development of healthy high functioning leaders.

Having previously worked in ministry and the non-profit sector for over 20+ years, at some of the nation’s more prominent religious institutions, I noticed a greater calling to help people identify and overcome the subconscious blocks and programming that are the result of so many of our mental and emotional maladies.   As an empath who spent most of his life in the grip of deep, dark depression, when I awakened to what it meant to truly love myself and the subsequent freedom that was a consequence of that I felt I could make a difference in the lives of others.

I saw this as an untapped area.   I saw where many individuals were medicating themselves with some drug, legal or illegal, relationships, long hours at work, years in therapy, and were doing nothing more than masking the pain.  I surmised that there were just not enough trained coaches and healers teaching people how easily, quickly, and powerfully they could identify and overcome their life conditions and live the life they truly desire.  As well, I knew there were many individuals out there, as I once was, who no matter how great things looked on the outside, didn’t feel they were worthy of the love, the healing, the success, and the life they wanted.  I could see this consistently showing up in their personal life and business quality.

I made a decision to dedicate my life to freeing the ‘me’ I saw in the face of so many.

Since that time, I have worked with 6-8 figure clients and companies, coaching, and teaching them how to have:
