I started my role at Ramsey Solutions as an event producer, and worked my way into a Senior Leadership role. I oversaw the EntreLeadership Event P&L that grew from $8M to $16M/year while I was in leadership. I also led the operations for our 60 person team. 

Our events (Summit and Master Series) brought in high level speakers like President George W. Bush, Condoleezza Rice, Peyton Manning, Seth Godin, Simon Sinek, and other notable public figures. In 2020 I led the team to debut the livestream portion of our events and added over $1M in revenue. 

In 2019 I was honored to receive a Ramsey Leadership Award.

Now, for some backstory: 

In 2021 I left my senior leadership role with a large company without a job lined up. I spent many years in operations leadership for a 60 person team and ran a successful event P&L for 4 years, growing from $8M to $16M in top line revenue during my time there.

When I left my job, my husband and I sold our home. I started Virtual COO and we now live on the road full time with our kiddo. 

I talk about travel, pursuing the life you want, operations, events, starting a business, making big leaps of faith, fitness and other random things!
