I have 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare space. I studied as a lawyer before changing course into sales. I have a proven track record in developing, launching and running innovative healthcare businesses. 

Outside of work I focus my energy on my wonderful family, my own health and fitness and the odd round of golf.

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust is the UK's pioneering personal safety charity and leading stalking authority, established in 1986, following the disappearance of 25-year-old Suzy Lamplugh, an estate agent and lone worker who went to meet a client and never returned. Suzy was never found and eventually declared deceased after seven years in 1993.

Suzy Lamplugh Trust is widely regarded as a field expert in lone-working and personal safety training, stalking training, as well as consultancy, campaigning, and support services. It has a long history of working within the Male Violence Against Women and Girls sector, dealing particularly with stalking and harassment, given that it is believed, and indeed the evidence suggests Suzy may have been targeted by a stalker. The National Stalking Helpline was set up by the Trust in 2010, it has helped over 65,000 victims since its inception, and is the only service of its kind globally.

The Trust exists so that what happened to Suzy does not happen to anyone else, and for 35 years, we have worked towards reducing the risk of harassment, stalking, aggression, and violence.

The Trust campaigns heavily to raise greater awareness of personal safety and stalking issues, demand systemic change where needed, influence public policy, and promote a society in which people are safer and feel safer. Its longest running campaign has been the licensing of the operators and drivers of minicabs and private hire vehicles, which begun in 1998. This campaigning and policy work has been pivotal to changes in legislation and practice nationally - including in the introduction of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, and the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, which introduced specific offences for stalking, and the 2020 stalking protection orders.

Kerry Daynes is a consultant forensic psychologist with over twenty-five years’ experience working in prisons, secure hospitals, courts, police stations and also within the community.

Kerry first started working as a psychologist in some of the country’s prisons and secure units, forging a reputation as a knowledgeable practitioner with the ability to engage with, and successfully treat, the most complex clients. 

In 2002 Kerry set up her own successful practice and was invited to assist in major police investigations and as a trusted advisor to the government on the safe management of high-risk individuals. Following this, Kerry started working for a chain of independent mental health recovery hospitals in 2013. She is a passionate advocate for better conservations around mental health and wellbeing. 

Thanks to her expertise and ability to communicate, she has been featured in, and has published, numerous articles for national press, and also provides regular commentary for international television networks, including The History Channel, Discovery, CBS Reality, The Crime & Investigation Network and BBC International. 

Kerry continues to act as an Expert Witness and maintains a select practice of private therapy and coaching clients, attracting business leaders, sports personalities and high-profile media figures.
