Developed and implemented the strategic vision for NileSwap, driving user growth and platform adoption. Built and managed a high-performing team of 5, overseeing all aspects of product development, marketing, and operations.

-Managed the entire supply chain and logistics operations for 2 Close Support Battalion REME, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of essential goods.
-Successfully managed the VITAL (Freight management system) suite, overseeing inbound and outbound goods for multiple units, including the Scots Dragoon Guards, Medical Corp, and Royal Military Police.
-Streamlined customs processing for Army Camps in Scotland as the primary contact for OP Waterguard, ensuring timely clearance for overseas deployments.
-Promoted to Lance Corporal in recognition of outstanding performance and contributions to the unit.
