In charge of media and digital communication strategy, planning and execution.
Managed a 12-to-15-strong team to define and execute international communication strategies (print, TV, billboards, digital display and video, search, mobile, social media, etc.). Also oversaw local media & digital implementations worldwide.
Responsible for a worldwide gross media budget worth several hundred millions € yearly.

- Defined and executed a multi-year digital media strategy focused on the "Next gen", helping Cartier accelerate in digital communication visibility and excellence, recognized by L2 (a digital consultancy).

- Initiated and supervised Cartier's communication performance activity and set up performance and insight projects to feed the marketing-communication life-circle; 

- Maintained high-level partnerships and interactions with digital & media agencies, Richemont and Cartier senior management at HQ and country levels.

Philips Consumer Lifestyle

Structured and delivered strategic, efficient and consistent advertising, media and communication for Philips Consumer Lifestyle France. Managed local creative and media agencies and liased with marketing and sales teams at Philips (local and HQ) to deliver impactful campaigns.


At international level, took part in assessing the most relevant media agency & creative agency structure for Philips through two pitches. Then set up relations with both new media agency and creative agency in France.

Founded the international strategic planning department, around three main activities:

 - International strategic planning. Defined the positioning  of many international brands; worked on consumer insight and communication architectures for dozens of product launches in France and internationally;

 - Digital innovation specialist for KR Media and clients --from trends and opportunities analysis to hands-on projects, implementations and follow-up;

 - Strategic and digital media consulting for direct clients. Business plans set-up and assessment, competitive benchmarks analysis, market entry and brand repositionning strategies; brand communication planning.
