As a co-founder and managing partner at Reny ®, I have the amazing opportunity to help transform companies through Orbital Design (picking up where Human-Centred Design left off, giving Mother Nature a seat at the design table, leading to social and climate impact). 

I am an award-winning writer for my publication Uncluttered White Spaces (2009-16), and my new book, Lessons in Creativity, will be available in all good bookstores from May 2025 through Wiley Publishing.

My insights and writing have been featured in Fast Company, ABC, Inc. Magazine, and other prominent publications, earning me recognition as an awarded writer. My new book, Lessons in Creativity, will be available in May 2025.

I frequently speak on the value of Orbital Design (For Impact), creativity, and technology through platforms like TEDx and Vivid Sydney. I was also invited to speak at Parliament House with the Prime Minister and government officials on the role of creativity and design in shifting our future.

Michele’s clarity and interpretations of our thinking has certainly helped me reform my own clarity on our talk. I love how Michele broke this down in the best possible way. I will be printing this off and putting it on my wall as a reference.

I always try to remind people when I am presenting on a stage to an audience, I am not there as a success story (quite the opposite actually), I am there to remind them how hard it is, that it’s always hard and that getting comfortable with the idea of hard is where we find our creativity, in the space where fear and curiosity exist together.

Design and deliver Certificate IV and Diploma courses in the Information Technology space. Specialise in Service Desk within the ITIL framework, Business Analysis, System Testing and Change Management.

Designed, tested and delivered process training for HP’s Global Channels Services Network (GCSN) partner portal. As a key member of a small implementation team, successfully deployed the system across Asia Pacific. This deployment was one of the top 3 IT priorities for HP worldwide FY 2008-2010

Migration of a wide array of legacy reporting environments to global GCSN reporting and processes. Change management and training for 13 Asia-Pacific countries.

Asia Pacific Operational Reporting Lead

Asia Pacific Manager for Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases of key service delivery systems that are the core of HP’s case management, channel partner and supply chain environment 

Led teams of more than 100 testers for each release, located across 13 AP countries. Responsibilities included development of test plans, schedules and tester training packages. 

• Delivered end-user and train-the-trainer training, face to face and via virtual meetings.  
• Documented, analysed and tracked defects to resolution. 
• Managed all aspects of end-to-end testing
• Coordinated test activity with other regions and negotiated priority fixes worldwide. 
• Communicated test progress to stakeholders . 
• Identified risks and developed mitigation plans.

Systems Test Manager

Management of day-to-day operations. Responsible for key applications that support HP global call centres and allocation of work to engineers and service partners. These systems have an Asia Pacific user-base of several thousand and include automated B2B bridges with major service subcontractors.

Deployment leader and SME for Service Delivery case management systems during the development and implementation of the integrated Work Flow Management application (a complex Clarify CRM based platform).
