•	Increased revenue by 4x (from $40M to $220M), and total economic value by 5x through successful execution of business initiatives, sales growth, and operational optimization.

Involved in strategic initiative portfolio development and management for a renowned mobile operator. Engaged with IT planning and Governance managing the lifecycle process of building the enterprise infrastructure for the operator.
•	Iraq – Communication: Served as a second-tier advisor to minister of communications providing direct support to development and planning. Delivered training and coaching to senior MoC staff, and worked with the Minister's executive committee in aligning strategic objectives in accordance to Government protocols.
