3. Operational Excellence: Oversee and improve the company's operational efficiency, including but not limited to finance, HR, marketing, and technology. Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes and systems to drive cost-effectiveness, scalability, and overall organizational effectiveness.

4. Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership and mentorship to the team, encouraging a positive and collaborative work culture. Foster talent development, attracting top talent, and promoting a high-performance culture throughout the organization.

5. Financial Management: Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company by monitoring financial performance, establishing sound financial controls, and driving profitability. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and execute financial strategies and goals aligned with the company's overall objectives.

6. Industry and Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive intelligence. Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
