My physical therapist lowered my recovery goal.

And it reminded me of something I see happen in business all the time.

Right now, my knee bends to 80 degrees.
Functional movement requires 100.

The culprits?
Scar tissue.
Arthritis.

So she adjusted the goal to something more “realistic.”
And I’ll be honest.
My heart sank.

I respect her deeply.
