HeyReach just got banned by LinkedIn ❌ 
We've run 200+ campaigns with them. Here's my opinion 👇

Of all the LinkedIn tools out there, HeyReach was one of the most careful.

They respected rate limits.
They built for safety.
They did everything right
... and they still got banned.

Which means no one is safe.
Because this isn't about compliance.
 
LinkedIn is playing a different game entirely.
Every tool that monetizes their data better than they do is a target.

Automation tools first.
Then enrichment.
Then analytics.
 
LinkedIn is closing the loop, slowly, then all at once.
Worth noting, existing campaigns are still running, users are not affected.
 
The right question to ask isn't "which tool do I switch to?"

I grew up an athlete. Hockey was my life. I was fortunate enough to live out my childhood dream of playing four years of college hockey. After that, I transitioned into the professional world and landed what I thought was my new dream job at a Fortune 500 company.

30° is the sweet spot.

Even EMG research shows this is where the upper chest fibers are best targeted.

Don’t flare your elbows.

Tuck them about 45° toward your ribcage so the tension lines up with your upper pec fibers.

If your back is overly arched, you’re basically turning it into a flat press.

Press your upper back into the bench to keep the focus on your upper chest.

10 harsh fat loss truths I wish I knew 10 years ago
(And what I teach every client now):
1️⃣ 𝗖𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹
It crushes testosterone.
Destroys sleep.
And adds empty calories faster than anything else.
If you’re serious about fat loss, cut it back or cut it out.

2️⃣ 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻
Lifting builds the body.
Walking burns the fat, without spiking stress.
10K steps daily is non-negotiable.

3️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 = 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀
You don’t need another supplement.

Cook with butter, ghee, or olive oil instead.

6. Fix your stress

But your shoulder is made up of three distinct heads that all contribute to a complete, round look:

If you’re training 5 days per week and not growing, your split probably sucks.

Most guys either:

-Train each muscle group once per week
-Or do random workouts with no structure
-Or add way too much junk volume

The plan I shared in this video is the simplest high-output 5-day split you can run:

-Every muscle gets hit twice per week.
-Low volume. High intensity.
-2 sets. 8–12 reps. Close to failure.
