Genau darüber haben wir beim KPMG Banking Day nach dem Leitsatz "Cathedral Thinking" gesprochen.

Im spannenden Panel „Recruiting und Skills der Zukunft“ mit Maren Schmitz (CHRO Head of Asset Mgmt. KPMG) und Dr. Jens Riedel (Co-Lead FS Practice Egon Zehnder) zeigte sich:

🚀 Strukturen verändern sich schneller als Rollen.
HR muss Rahmen schaffen, in denen Skills wachsen können – und in denen Mobilität tatsächlich möglich ist.

🤝 Kultur bleibt der stärkste Hebel.
Neue Kompetenzen wirken nur, wenn Identifikation, Orientierung und Zugehörigkeit vorhanden sind.

💡 Führung wird zum Multiplikator.
Neugier, Vernetzung, Kommunikationskraft – Leadership entscheidet, ob Transformation im Alltag ankommt.

Für mich persönlich war das Panel ein mutiger Schritt.
Öffentliche Bühnen meide ich eigentlich – doch dieser Austausch hat gezeigt, was passieren kann, wenn man die Komfortzone verlässt.

Sichtbarkeit ist kein Selbstzweck, sondern oft der Schlüssel, um Themen voranzubringen, die uns wichtig sind.

Mut zur KI-Integration – besonders in der Personalgewinnung

Am vergangenen Dienstag durfte ich beim 17. Eschborner KMU-Abend in Eschborn als Referent sprechen – und ich bin immer noch beeindruckt vom großen Interesse und der starken Resonanz der über 90 teilnehmenden Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer.

Mein Schwerpunkt: Wie KI in der Personalgewinnung echten Mehrwert stiften kann – jenseits von Buzzwords.

Besonders wichtig war mir ein stark anwendungsorientierter Ansatz:

 🔹 Fokus auf reale Recruiting-Herausforderungen,
 🔹 konkrete Umsetzungsschritte,
 🔹 und das Bauen von KI-gestützten Workflows, die sich direkt in HR-Prozesse integrieren lassen.

Im Anschluss habe ich allen Teilnehmenden relevante Workflow-Templates zur Verfügung gestellt – damit jede*r sofort selbst einfache, aber wirkungsvolle KI-Automatisierungsprozesse im HR-Bereich aufsetzen kann.

Das große Interesse und die vielen praxisnahen Fragen haben gezeigt, wie relevant diese Themen für KMU aktuell sind – und wie viel Potenzial in einer pragmatischen, verantwortungsvollen Nutzung von KI steckt.

Ein großes Dankeschön an:
