Before sales, I served as a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army, where I learned discipline, execution under pressure, and leadership in complex environments. Those lessons are the foundation of how I operate today.

I've been seeing a bunch of really cool AI builds on my feed lately. Trust me, nothing "geeks" me out more than seeing the "art of the possible."

But the question I keep asking myself is, how will this scale?

We're speedrunning shadow AI. Everyone's spinning up their own agents and integrations because it's easy now.

In 18 months? 
Compounding costs nobody budgeted for. 
Systems that don't talk to each other. 
An operational mess that's impossible to untangle.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good proof of concept. Just make sure you're proving it scales, not just that it's possible.

The question nobody's asking: 
What's your architectural strategy? Not "did it work?" but "what platform does this sit on? What happens at 100x volume? Who owns this when you move on?"

Speed without strategy isn't innovation. It's technical debt with a countdown timer.

The companies that win won't have the most AI solutions. They'll have the best foundation. One that lets them move fast without creating chaos they can't manage.

Build fast. Build cool shit. Just build it on something that actually scales.
