Building and designing a Customer Data Master Management platform. This platform serves as a single source of truth for customer information, ensuring consistency and accuracy in customer data.

- Design of the general (cloud) architecture.
- Analysis and documentation of the requirements, business rules and algorithms involved.

Architect Customer Data

- Implementation of a new customer data platform for the Belgian market.  This allows Mediahuis to implement fully automated marketing flows and have a 360 view of customer interactions.

- Lead business analyst for the implementation of a new subscription management system for the Belgian and Dutch markets. This system enables the newspaper distribution, online access and payment processing for more than a million customers on a daily basis.

As a Competence Manager, I'm responsible for expanding the Data Competence Center within the Elmos group.
- Follow new evolutions and technologies within the data domain and present / evangelize these within the company.
- Define the Elmos data strategy with the Elmos MT to put Elmos on the map within the domain of "data."
- Organize seminars/events around data (afternoon sessions, ICTechday, summer classes).
- Coaching and training the consultants who work within the data domain or aspire to a role as a data engineer, analyst or scientist.
