- Delivered an 80% reduction in shipping cost by aggregating returns at Return Bars and at our warehouses. This propelled us to a positive gross margin.
- Generated a 50% reduction in labor cost by upgrading our warehouse app to display instructions for preparing millions of products for resale, configurable at the product level. This enabled us to close Revolve and Rothy’s, who were key to the acquisition by PayPal.
- Led the integrations with 6 enterprise partners, including warehouse management systems and enterprise resource planning systems, to unlock sales to shared merchants.
