I see most teams fail to adapt AI in B2B sales. They test some "AI SDR" tool or hire a freelance "'AI specialist" from upwork to glue

And sad part is how 99% of "AI Sales" Agents are built today

I don’t use AI to replace sales reps. I use AI to remove the 60–70% of their job that shouldn’t exist + hire 100 AI agents to get extra things done.

Over the last few years, I’ve rebuilt sales processes for dozens of B2B teams across Europe.

And almost every time, I see the same thing:
