Today is a big moment for Digioh’s go-to-market engine 🎉

We’re welcoming Josh McCallum and Jordan (Peek) Wolfe to the team. Both hires represent where we’re heading in 2026, and I couldn’t be more excited.

Over the last two years, marketing-led growth at Digioh has exploded.

Our pipeline is up 135%, 2025 outperformed 2024, and we’re seeing more interest from DTC brands than ever before. 

Between content, events, partner marketing, playbooks, webinars, and newsletters, our top of funnel is becoming increasingly diverse and multi-touch.

What matters now is activating more of that demand in the right way.

Traditional outbound is breaking under the weight of automation and AI-driven noise to a point where inboxes feel worse than the days when everyone was gifting AirPods for a demo.

What does work is nearbound: using real intent signals, context, and thoughtful 1:1 (human) outreach to close the loop between marketing and sales.

We’ve spent the last year rebuilding our funnel to support this — from lead quality to scoring to activity monitoring. Bringing Josh in is the next step in turning that system into a new growth lever. 

I built the MVP for this role myself, and the moment I met Josh, I knew he was the one to take it further.

At the same time, continued pipeline growth means continued investment in sales.

Jordan already understands Digioh from her time at Iterable and delivered one of the strongest mock pitches I’ve seen with minimal prep.

As Digioh moves further upmarket and into more enterprise-level conversations, having a seller who speaks both the customer’s language and Digioh’s is everything. 

She complements Geoff perfectly and strengthens an already aligned sales and marketing motion.

Honored to contribute to Klaviyo’s 2026 Marketing Automation Trends report.

2026 is the year of identity-first personalization.

A lot of the report reinforces what many of us are already seeing. 

Third-party signals continue to erode. Automation is everywhere. AI is quickly becoming table stakes. 

In that environment, simply identifying a visitor is no longer the advantage that it was in 2023 or 2024.

What matters in 2026 is what happens next.

Most platforms stop at identity. 

They help you recognize someone, enrich a profile, and pass that data downstream. 

But the onsite experience stays the same. 

Same pop-ups. Same journeys. Same timing.

That gap is where brands lose momentum.

In 2026, my big belief is that winning teams will move from identity to turning identity into action in real time.

Identifying intent onsite, then immediately shaping the experience, the message, and the next step across the funnel.

This is where identity-first personalization comes to life.

Platforms like Klaviyo give brands the foundation for owning and activating their customer data across email and SMS. 

Digioh works alongside that by taking those same signals and using them earlier in the journey, onsite, to guide shoppers in the moments that actually influence conversion. 

Together, identity stops being a record and starts becoming a system for action.

The brands that win in 2026 will not just know who their website visitors are. 

They will know how to respond, instantly and responsibly, based on what those customers have already shared.
