Coursework examines how requirements for sustainability affect the process of product development and will assess how sustainable products contribute to a firm’s competitive advantage and its entrepreneurial opportunities. Considering the four pillars of sustainable innovation - Leadership, Circularity, Incentive Structure, and Funding - with a running theme of how to scale a venture and its impact. Developed and implemented marketing strategy and responsible for all revenue generating activities in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.  Managed the integration of multiple product lines for marketing and distribution channels. Cultivated and elevated HBSP’s brand and presence with Global 500 companies through quarterly thought leader symposiums, bridging research with practice, subject matter experts, scholars and authors. Curated leadership development journeys for senior executives.

Company Specific Programs is a branch of executive education at INSEAD, with offices in Fontainebleau just outside of Paris, Singapore and Abu Dhabi.  CSP specializes in tailor-made transnational programs for companies looking to invest in human capital within their organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Grew revenue by 20% with a portfolio of Global 500 companies in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and India. Designed and delivered customized programs to address development needs of organizations by engaging conversations between C-Suite, HR and faculty.

As Senior Director of the INSEAD SF Hub of Business Innovation, I engage the alumni community, expand executive and degree programs, and strengthen INSEAD’s presence across the Americas tech and VC ecosystem.

I am a serial entrepreneur, educator, and advisor with deep expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable transformation. I’ve founded six startups (with multiple successful exits), marketed products and services in over 20 countries, and co-designed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard. I teach graduate courses in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and marketing at Stanford University and Presidio Graduate School, drawing on research and practice to help individuals and organizations thrive in times of change.

My research on the Transformation Quotient (TQ™) explores how individuals build resilience and thrive in complexity, insights I share through publications, public speaking, and the podcast Everyone is an Entrepreneur. I also enjoy developing tools, workshops, and learning experiences to help people find purpose and meaning in an increasingly complex world.

I serve on the boards of the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute (Amsterdam), Zebra & Company (Japan), and Invoking the Pause (U.S.), advancing global sustainability and innovation. I mentor early-stage founders through blackbox.vc and FoundersHK, lead the RESET initiative, and am a Ph.D. holder and NACD Directorship Certified professional. Outside of work, I’m a writer, painter, and photographer, sharing my creative work through Victoria Art Space and The Postcard Project.
