An accomplished author, Clint penned the book “Big Bold Brave – How to Live Courageously in a Risky World,” sharing his profound insights on living fearlessly and developing resilience to embrace life’s challenges head-on.

Covenant Church - McKinney Campus

Collaborate with Central Campus Executive Leadership Team to implement and execute all aspects of vision and strategies for growth and development of current and future campuses of multi-campus church

Provide management, coaching and administrative oversight for the leadership of following campus staff to ensure execution of campus policies, procedures, and strategies for future growth: 
Kids’ Ministry Director, Youth and Young Adults Director, Campus Coordinator, Membership Services Coordinator, Discipleship Administrative Coordinator, Operations/Security Manager

Provide leadership and management of the following departments and programs:
Family Life Department (includes Renew Marriage Program, Pre-marital Program and Individual and Marriage Coaching)
Small Groups Department
Equipping Classes
Men’s Ministry Department
Campus Operations & Security Team
Outreach and Local Missions Department

Develop and execute administrative policies and procedures for campus staff including event planning, campus staffing, timesheets, vacation requests, annual reviews, budgets, PO’s, invoices, and other accounting and H.R. items as needed by the Executive Controller and H.R. Director.

Collaborate with Associate Pastors from all campuses, Executive Team, Comptroller and HR Director to maintain campus congruency and strategy for future growth

Host and speaker duties for weekly live services and special events

Associate Pastor

Overcomer Covenant Church

Provide management, coaching and administrative oversight for the leadership of following campus departments to ensure execution of campus vision, policies, procedures, and strategies for future growth. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: management, training and development of leaders and department team building, volunteer recruitment, establishing and maintaining budgetary goals, oversee special event planning, speaking/teaching during services and community events, building relationships with local community leaders: 
Children’s Ministry (weekly service attendance - 300+) 
Youth Ministry (weekly service attendance - 150+)
Young Adults Ministry (ages 19-30),
Classics Ministry (ages 55 & up). 

Member of Finance Team: duties include participating in team management of $3 million annual budget; aid Executive Team in determining priorities of major purchases for future church development and growth and weekly and monthly cash flow management.

My work is deeply inspired by the legacy of my late son Gabriel, a 17-year-old licensed pilot who tragically passed away in 2019.
