•	-Territory Manager: Grew territory from severely underperforming at 180k to a 1 Million+ territory within first 5 years with company. Responsibilities include: Manage, maintain and grow a territory of 220 Optometry and Ophthalmology offices and optical and sunglass retail locations in central, eastern and north Florida by developing relationships with prospects and recommending products that offer profitable solutions, training staff in best sales practices and product benefits, and selling programs that leverage competitive advantage.
•	Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, understanding their demographic, and creating a proper product collection and selling practices to suit their marketplace.
•	 Provide insight and market knowledge to product and customer service management teams on product development and improvements and process initiatives 
•	Maintain, update and consistently visit top 60 accounts on an 8-week cycle to strengthen customer loyalty and drive cross selling opportunities, and leverage Clearvision’s one sales representative for all brands and products, to maximize time management for clients.

•	Use of technology and positive communication skills to demonstrate new products and deliver effective sales presentations to win new business.  Work national and local trade shows and participate in all pertinent trade associations and professional societies.

Initially hired as a territory sales consultant to call on and grow business for the bottom 40% producing clients and open new accounts with a total starting sales volume of $110k with 56 underproducing accounts.  In her first year she had an increase in sales volume to $324k, opening 21 new accounts.  Based on her productivity, in 2000 she was given the entire territory for Nike and Marchon core.  By 2001 she produced her first $1,000,000+ year in sales, earning her a spot on Marchon’s coveted Presidents Club.  Territory continued to increase by a minimum of 10% each year consecutively. 

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 
•	Service existing accounts, obtain orders, establish brand identity in client locations, leverage frame board management location and selling with brands, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or cold call potential sales outlets.
•	Grow current and future business by creating genuine long-term relationships with owner and buyer, use of brand marketing and popularity, leverage market conditions for brands and volume increases of core brands by combined selling of brand and core product, with the added use of incentives and programs.
•	Train client staff on product knowledge, technology, and successful sales processes.
•	Work together with local and national trade associations and work trade shows.
•	Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

A Senior Sales and account management professional with 18 consecutive growth years of increased revenue combined with business and territory management.   I am a member of our Presidents Council, a select group of sales leaders chosen by the executive board,  for 10 out of 12 years with current company. Won shooting star award for top new rep in first year, by taking a severely under performing territory and more than tripling its revenue in first year.
