I aim use to my knowledge of commercial real estate financing to help you make the most informed decisions about your commercial real estate investments. I help you evaluate and compare the various lenders and borrowing options so you can finance your properties, with particular attention to multifamily and student housing properties nationwide.

I work with all types of property owners, from individuals owning one asset to groups with tens of thousands of units. Each has distinct needs, and my goal is to provide a tailored experience that meets the specific requirements of each borrower and transaction.

Hey, I’m Alex.

Every day I share insights from my life as an entrepreneur and father.  My hope is to document my learnings, help others, and continuing to gain perspective on how to get the most out of what lies ahead.

What started as journal for my kids has, through reflection, transformed into an online journey.  A challenge meant to force accountability and create a better product. 

I’m excited to see where it goes.

We focus on connecting real people with real assets, closing the unfortunate gap that exists in wealth building education, and providing access to the investments that result in real growth.

Through global development and execution of heavy industrial / commercial real estate projects, asset management and M&A I have found joy in creating, scaling and optimizing business in order to build value for the people and causes they touch.

In doing so I have found a few truths along the way.
