I aim use to my knowledge of commercial real estate financing to help you make the most informed decisions about your commercial real estate investments. I help you evaluate and compare the various lenders and borrowing options so you can finance your properties, with particular attention to multifamily and student housing properties nationwide.

Through a series of quarterly high-impact learning events, Monthly Accountability groups, and access to the EO (Entrepreneur Organization) network, Accelerator gives entrepreneurs the tools, knowledge, and skills to aggressively grow their business.

This is an official program of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), a non-profit peer group of more than 12,000 entrepreneurs in 48 countries with revenues exceeding $1,000,000. Michael first joined EO in 2011 when his 7th company survived the recession.

At the request of EO Global Chair Jason Sze, this role required leading the global community of 49 premier professional trainers who possessed a wealth of experience and exposure that regularly and ongoingly enlightened and engaged new and existing EO members to experience greater awareness and satisfaction in their life and their business.

After 30 years of delivering valuable and powerful in-person Forum Trainings, unexpectedly in March 2020 in-person trainings came to an end with the rapid spread of coronavirus.  Leading a small team of amazing, passionate and forward-thinking EO Trainer peers, the project team nimbly revamped and recreated Forum Training in just 30 days to pivot to 100% of FTP trainings virtually without a loss in member value and then went on 30 days later to deliver 100% of MTP trainings virtually.

Ultimately this accomplished resulted in new members being Forum trained and placed in record time.
