My Professional Story
After 4.5 years launching and scaling businesses at Uber, I built my independent consulting business up to $25k / month in 25 hours per week. After running my own $25k / mo consulting business post Uber, I experienced the importance of reliably finding new clients and the challenge of inconsistent revenue.

I built Mylance Scale to challenge the status quo and rethink marketing and sales for the Fractional industry.

-Launched Uber Eats markets: Miami (1,003 orders in our first day) and Milan (<1,003 orders in our first day)
-Launched and managed the Carrier Operations team for Uber Freight and built to a $1B valuation in 2 years

-Led the strategic planning and execution for a global team of 14 full-time employees and over 50 contractors, focusing on marketplace quality and Trust & Safety initiatives to enhance brand & retailer experiences.
-Developed and piloted company’s first artificial intelligence (AI) tool to improve brand product listings, exceeding performance objectives by over 80% and anticipating a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) increase of more than $20 million in 2024.

-Built Made’s supply side business as the first executive hire, hiring and managing a team of 15 across 4 pivotal Supply teams -  Acquisition & Onboarding, Customer Success, Innovation, and Project Management - which supported the company’s growth from seed to Series B (10 to 150 employees).
-Built streamlined sales system – customer qualification, pricing, & scope of work – in partnership with product, sales, and engineering to achieve an approximately 50% reduction in sales close times and overall construction costs.
-Established and executed a lead qualification, acquisition, and onboarding strategy that successfully grew the general contractor and subcontractor network from 5 to hundreds of high-quality general contractors and subcontractors.

VP of Marketplace Strategy & Operations

Jyve Corporation

-Built the business operations team which relied on analytical rigor, effective and persuasive communication, and executional excellence to drive company-wide strategic planning and execution in partnership with executive leadership.
-Enhanced company-wide gross profit margins by 30% through strategic price optimization and the implementation of job bundling techniques.
-Doubled the rate of supplier conversion and reduced Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) by 60% by prioritizing marketing efforts and redesigning the onboarding funnel.
-Managed team of 15 FTEs who initiated and managed successful pilot projects with marquee clients, including Frito Lay, Pepsi, and Meijer Grocery, leading to significant business development opportunities.

Built the U.S. & Canada restaurant quality team of 4 strategic operations managers, incubating and scaling initiatives for over 50,000 restaurants that resulted in over $50 million in annual revenue enhancement and cost savings through quality control, order accuracy, menu and pricing optimization, fraud prevention, and food delivery reliability program improvements.

Regional Strategy & Operations Lead – UberEats

Led the New England restaurant & marketplace go-to-market strategy and execution; helped launch and grow business to ~$50m annual gross booking run rate.

Senior Strategy & Operations Manager – UberEats

-Developed and executed the launch and growth strategies for UberPool, scaling UberPool from 0 to over 400,000 trips, or ~$100 million in annualized gross bookings within New England.
-Built UberPool’s global supply launch playbook and led UberPool launches in Miami and Atlanta.
-Pioneered the launch and trial of Uber’s “Subscriptions” product, which has since scaled globally.
