My Professional Story
After 4.5 years launching and scaling businesses at Uber, I built my independent consulting business up to $25k / month in 25 hours per week. After running my own $25k / mo consulting business post Uber, I experienced the importance of reliably finding new clients and the challenge of inconsistent revenue.

I built Mylance Scale to challenge the status quo and rethink marketing and sales for the Fractional industry.

My experience prior to Mylance:
-Managed 9 markets for Uber Rides in North Carolina
-Launched Uber Eats markets: Miami (1,003 orders in our first day) and Milan (<1,003 orders in our first day)
-Launched and managed the Carrier Operations team for Uber Freight and built to a $1B valuation in 2 years
-Management consultant for Kaiser Associates - managed 10 client portfolios from various markets such as private equity, healthcare, telecom, and property insurance

I consolidated almost 100 campaign-related HubSpot workflows into 1 with a custom coded action and a HubDB table (basically a HubSpot-powered VLOOKUP).

Here's how it works:

I set up a HubDB table where each row = one campaign. Each row stores the Form ID, and the corresponding Campaign Name, Campaign Type, and Member Status.

Now, when a form is submitted, the contact enrolls in a single workflow. The custom code looks up the Form ID, finds the matching row, and creates a campaign record using the data stored there.

My favorite part? Creating a new campaign no longer means building a net new workflow every time. I just add a new row to the table.

This has been one of my biggest AI wins so far: lower automation overhead, increased operational visibility (anyone can go to one place and easily understand what's going on), and a system that really scales.
