Coordinador de operaciones

Inicié mi vida laboral en Colombia, hace 10 años, en Grupo Soluciones Horizonte.

Mi primer rol lo desempeñé Coordinador de  Operaciones como uno de los clientes mas grandes del grupo  lo que me hizo obtener una amplia experiencia en todo lo referente a los procesos operativos que desgastan a un departamento de gestión humana, como Coordinador aprendí a llevar el control en cuanto a nómina, contratación, retiros y liquidaciones de personal de mas de 2.000 colaboradores, atendiendo el proyecto con una efectividad del 100%.

Durante la terminación de éste contrato recibí mi titulo como Ingeniero Industrial, y teniendo en cuenta el desempeño del proyecto anterior, me nombraron Líder del mismo, lo que hizo que pudiera ejecutarlo durante 2 años mas.

Cuando ya finalizaba la ejecución de mi segundo proyecto, quise prepararme aún más e iniciar una especialización. En ese entonces analicé las necesidades de la empresa pues quería continuar en la misma y así obtener un crecimiento profesional dentro de ella, descubrí que no contaba con un departamento netamente comercial por lo que decidí hacer mi especialización en Gerencia de Mercadeo, debido a esto mis jefes me brindaron la oportunidad de tener la Gerencia Comercial de una de las empresas en donde durante los años 2016, 2017 y 2018 pude destacarme en las ventas del negocio, superando los presupuestos asignados.

En 2019  gracias a los logros obtenidos laboralmente y academicamente, la Gerencias de las 3 empresas del Grupo, deciden nombrarme Gerente Comercial del mismo, ésto ha hecho que me prepare aún mas y que ahora esté a cargo de un equipo de trabajo de más de 5 personas, las cuáles me encanta poder brindarles toda la experiencia y conocimiento adquirido durante toda mi trayectoria.
