At Jeep, I had a hand in Operations for dedicated dry and refrigerated runs. Assisted in the  creation of dedicated dry/reefer round trips all over the country to optimized the usage of the market.

Kept track of trailers, maintenance on trailers, trailer pools, damages for dedicated programs ran through the asset and brokerage 

Contributed to an on time service score of over 92% on all lanes for over 9 months along with a team of experienced operations personnel. 

Helped create a channel to assist in booking/tracking/billing between dispatch and carriers. Brought quoting/ tracking/ replies back to Customer down by 25mins to an average response time to an email of 10-15 mins after first initial reply to email.
