From 2018 - 2022, I closed over $50M in tech sales by winning AI-enabled transformation deals with the world’s largest brands like Delta, Chipotle, and UnitedHealthcare.

In 2019, I entered the coveted 7-figure annual earners club for the first time. I averaged $1M+ 3 years in a row before retiring from the corporate world at age 42 in 2022.

These results came about, not so much by focusing on specific sales techniques and tactics, but more through designing and developing a unique way to operate consistently at an elite level.

This wasn’t always the case.

Like so many in tech sales, I fell into the trap of needing to hustle and grind to get to the top. 

And then once I got to the top, I had to do it all over again, month after month, quarter after quarter, and year after year.

That led to a vicious cycle of frustration and burnout. It got so bad that I landed in the hospital in my early 30s due to a mini-stroke from overworking. Plus, I was stalling my earnings at $200K per year.

It wasn’t until I completely redesigned my work and life with more purposeful integration that I found sustainable results and satisfaction.

The catalyst to changing the way I operated was adopting a "Human First, Seller Second" approach using design thinking and systems thinking. 

Today, I use my role as The Purposeful Performer to deliver content, community, and coaching that help strategic revenue generators turn their tech sales career into a noble craft and funding vehicle for their long-term passion projects.

All of this is driven by a customizable personal operating system that I write about. 

The results?

→ Corporate retirement 10 years ahead of my personal goal.
→ $27.3M+ in ARR generated w/ a 78% closing ratio.

→ All while averaging 7 hrs/night of sleep.

Its platform connects suppliers with field, office, warehouse, and accounting teams, allowing contractors to create requisitions, issue purchase orders, and track invoices and deliveries instantaneously.
Agora’s software is a crucial component in reducing the cost of construction, helping deliver critical projects that strengthen local communities faster, and solving our most urgent needs as a society - from building affordable housing to fixing our nation’s infrastructure.
Agora’s impact on contractors has proven to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability:
- Field teams spend on average 38% less time managing materials
- Office teams spend an average of 75% less time processing purchase orders
- Long ordering processes are reduced from an average of five business days to 24-48 hours
With Agora, electrical contractors have:

A member of the Java Global Business Unit within Oracle. This is a highly technical sale covering all aspects of enterprise use of Java (cloud, server, hosted environments, SaaS deployments, embedded Java, etc.) Constant engagement with C-Levels and technical LOBs to support and secure their internal and external Java applications to meet business requirements.

Work with accounts of all sizes ($10M - $5B+) to provide visibility into Oracle Java's road map and strategic direction for the future while maximizing their investment in the Java platform.

Account Coverage: WA, UT, CO, WY, ID, MT, AK, ND, SD, NB, KS


FY22 (Q1, only 2 months): 110K closed revenue, 8 deals
FY21 (Only in seat for 9 months): 180% attainment, 1.8 million closed revenue, 34 transactions, largest deal size $900,000 TCV

- Coordinated with engineers cross-functionally to identify customer pain points and suggest potential IT solutions across multiple product lines (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, Database, Servers, Storage, Engineered Systems, etc.)
- Completed in-depth training on various industries and their business needs and interests
- Collaborated with field marketing to deliver relevant campaigns across all North American territories
