As a Solution Architect, I serve as a strategic business partner to our clients, functioning as an integral extension of our team.  Collaborating closely with Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, and clients, I analyze organizational processes to identify opportunities for enhancement through strategic technology implementation.

Central to my responsibilities is the management of project deliverables across various initiatives, guiding them through the entire implementation lifecycle with precision and attention to detail.

From gathering key requirements to configuring solutions with Salesforce products and executing seamless data migrations, I am dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.

I collaborate closely with the internal development team, facilitating seamless communication to ensure the delivery of high-quality custom solutions.

As a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager, I bring a diverse skill set that extends beyond traditional project management. With expertise in CSS and HTML, I possess the ability to design and customize sites using Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless and visually appealing user experiences for clients.

In this role, I was responsible for measuring, reporting, and optimizing online communities for two websites with over 700K daily unique visitors, social media accounts with a 5.3+ million reach, and 43K text subscribers. My job was to ensure that our customers could connect with our brand in a meaningful way through these channels.

To improve business processes and facilitate solutions for pain points, growth goals, sales, and communication, I documented and analyzed social media data. By using data analysis, we were able to better understand our customers' needs and preferences, and provide more targeted and effective solutions.

I also utilized CRM tools for project implementation, marketing campaigns, client relationships, status reports, and documentation. These tools allowed us to manage our projects effectively and efficiently, while also keeping our clients informed about the progress of their campaigns. I also created documentation to streamline the process of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. I am proud to say that our team was able to achieve some impressive results during my time in this role. We were able to increase sponsorship opportunities by a whopping 500%, and we were also able to increase our monthly pageviews from 50K to an impressive 700K.
