I just couldn't keep posting last week 

Lost the zeal because of the news happening in my country. 

Last week was a dreadful one, I panicked internally.

My brain messed up and my thoughts too. 

Affected the way I think about things and even my content.

But not my work with the publishing firm I am working with. 

Honestly, it was a bad mixture of feelings last week. 

Today, I am back to posting and I also did something last week. 

Will be sharing more of it this week.

These are the 5 most obsessed advice on LinkedIn:

- Post everyday 
- Share your stories
- Connect with your ideal clients.
- Network with your peers (this broke me 2 years ago)
- Show up every where by commenting most hours of the day

And all these are selling Visibility to people but small get the right visibility and most see the wrong visibility 

This is why I feel you should not become obsessed with these ideas: 

- Post daily: Posting more is good = More visibility. A friend of mine came to linkedin through me. Zero knowledge about networking, commenting, posting frequency and how to grow on LinkedIn. She posts 3 times a week, she was growing so fast that linkedin has to ban her. They thought she is automating her growth but she is just nurse! 

- Share your most relevant stories: I only shared one personal story about myself this year and the rest were stories related to my experience around a problem i faced and got it solved to teach others 

- Network with your peers: This works but just know that all of the visibility your posts will be get, a good percentage of it will be withing your peers content feed. Check your last post analytics, are your ideal clients topping the analytics?

- Show up every where by commenting: It will drain your healthy mind and make you waste time doing only LinkedIn when you can play with your friends and families, call your girlfriend or look back at your strategies and ask what is working and what is not.

I want to break this curse: 

"Not posting daily for a week" 😂 

Guess what, I just broke since this is my 7th post this week. 

And also, first time this year! 

Feels Good to not post daily everyday because it felt like I am becoming a slave to the pressure of posting daily.

Anyways, why do you post daily?

Coaches don’t have a content problem. 

They have a belief problem.

Every time I sit down to write, the same trigger hits me:

Coaches genuinely don’t believe they can get clients on LinkedIn.

They think it’s impossible.
They think the platform is “too saturated.”
They think nobody is paying attention.

Meanwhile, I’ve worked with over 30 people who got clarity, got confidence, and got clients right here on LinkedIn.

And the funny thing?
The reason most of them struggled wasn’t because they were bad at what they do.

It was because their content did not show any of it.

No story.
No expertise.
No experience.
No “before and after.”
Nothing that made a prospect think, “Yes, this person can help me.”

That’s why I write.

Whenever I see a belief that’s holding coaches back or a mistake I keep seeing repeatedly, I turn it into content.

If the topic can teach, clarify, or open someone’s eyes—I don’t overthink it.

I dump the raw thought immediately and refine it into a post.

When do I feel stuck?

I don’t force anything. I step away, call someone, hang out, play a game, and live life.

And ideas always meet me halfway.
Real life is where the creativity kicks in.

Most of my best content comes from client stories anyway.

The “before” they came in with and the “after” they walked out with.

That journey alone is content gold because it shows people what is possible.

At the end of the day, my writing philosophy is simple:

Say it in the simplest way possible so people actually understand it and act.

Because clarity converts.

Confusion doesn’t.

And coaches don’t need more fluffy content.

They need content that proves they can solve real problems.

If You Are a Coach Posting Content and Still Not Getting Clients, Read This Carefully.

There is a reason your content isn’t generating demand and it has nothing to do with the algorithm. 

It has everything to do with the way you show up.

Most coaches are scared to take a stand. They avoid strong opinions because they think the truth will chase people away. 

So they soften everything, they try to sound “nice,” and they attract an audience that only wants comfort, not results.

And here is the cold reality, demand is not created by neutral content. 

Demand is created when your audience feels two things at the same time,

1. You understand their reality better than they do,
2. You can pull them out of it.

But coaches sabotage themselves because they assume their instinct is enough. They think, “I know my industry, so I know how to market myself.” 

Wrong. Being great at your craft does not automatically make you great at generating clients.

That is why you stay stuck.
That is why you keep guessing instead of scaling.
That is why your content gets attention or little attention but not revenue.

And the most dangerous mindset? Believing that posting random posts about what you know every day builds trust. 

It doesn’t. 

Random output does not equal authority. 

If your content is not designed to shift beliefs, expose gaps, tell the truth, and prove your capability, you are not building trust, you are building noise.

Here is what demand actually grows from,

• Clarity in your message,
• Precision in your positioning,
• Proof in your content,
• Certainty in your voice,
• Conversations that lead somewhere real.

Engagement is not demand.
Followers are not demand.
Visibility is not demand.

Demand comes from showing people the truth about their problem and demonstrating exactly why you are the person they need to solve it.

Once you understand this, you will stop blaming the platform, you stop relying on luck, and you start building a predictable pipeline.

Because the problem was never LinkedIn.
The problem was how you were using it.

I’ve been chatting with people in my message box

And one pattern keeps showing up.

It’s not that they’re not good at what they do.
It’s that they can’t turn their value into clients.

They post.
They connect.
They get a few conversations.

But somehow, it never clicks.
