Eighteen years experience in the maritime industry with the last fourteen years spent within the Super yacht industry I have developed an extensive network of industry professionals , Captains, clients and decision makers .

As Head of Client Relations and Business Development, I identify opportunities, engage prospects and research new business opportunities based on market intelligence, networking and using my network of contacts. In addition to new business I focus on managing and retaining existing relationships between the client and company ensuring that they receive the highest standard of service by providing ongoing client engagement support. 
Attending yacht shows and events globally to promote the Dohle Yachts services and engage with new prospects and arrange client visits, acting as the main point of contact with the client ensuring they always receive the highest professional service levels.

I set up Dohle Yacht Crew as a new yacht crew recruitment agency creating a successful recruitment business by offering a professional and personalised recruitment business.
The role involved sourcing and placing crew,
interviewing and vetting candidates and working closely with the yachts head of departments to ensure the yachts recruitment requirements were meet and the best candidates for the position and yacht were placed.
I offered HR support to owners reps and Captains and provided salary and industry advice.
Attending events and shows globally to promote Dohle Yacht Crew and Dohle Yachts.

Managed a team of temporary recruiters and liased with senior management regarding the development of the temporary division to ensure it was a profitable and successful recruitment division.
I was involved in interviewing, sourcing candidates for vacancies, graduate recruitment ,business development and PR for the company this also involved project and contract employment.

Assistant Personnel Manager
Worked for a global shipping operator specialised in the Cable Operations industry. 
Prior to a huge expansion programme, GM operated a fleet of 12 ships with both marine and specialised engineering grades. The expansion saw the GM head count increase in owned and chartered ships upto 28. 
My role has involved the implementation of procedures and policies, whilst working closely with the client to ensure that targets and goals are met within specified deadlines. 
I worked extensively with a large number of seafarers on a daily basis. This required me to be an effective listener and communicator by phone and when I made visits to GM ships and training establishments.
International travel on a regular basis to visit clients and ships and developed excellent working relationships  with the senior  Officers, crew, agents and sub clients. 
Provided optimum manning for the fleet at all times and was involved in new projects, ie wind farms.

With over eighteen years in the marine industry working within the Superyacht industry for the last fourteen years, focusing on business development, client relationship management, recruitment and Superyacht management.

After graduating from Southampton University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, I joined Shell Marine as a Personnel Officer.  Following on from my success in this role, I moved to Bibby Shipping as Assistant Personnel Manager, managing over 600 shipping personnel for Global Marine Systems Ltd for 4 years. Then moving into a shore based executive recruitment role for 5 years and gaining my professional recruitment qualifications whilst managing a number of high profile clients while promoting and marketing the companies recruitment services to expand and grow the business.

In early 2007, I joined Döhle Yachts as Recruitment / Business Development Manager for Döhle Yachts. Using my extensive  background and network within the Superyacht industry and my experience in HR, business development, recruitment and client relationships I understand the importance of delivering a first class service and building relationships with HNW clients, Captains and crew.  In 2016 I was promoted to Head of Client Relations and New Business and continue to grow the business and strengthen my professional relationships and global networks while promoting Dohle Yachts services.
