An experienced Group CEO, working for over 35 years within the financial services industry and 20 years at board level.  Sandra is a strategic thinker and commercial decision maker who turns visions into reality through strong leadership, detailed planning and implementation, determination and a ‘can do’ attitude.    Experienced in designing and implementing growth strategies, Sandra has also delivered company turnarounds, secured acquisitions and launched new start-ups. 

Sandra also acts as a Business Advisor for the Isle of Man Government – Department of Enterprise, transitioning easily between industries supporting businesses during their start up, growth or turnarounds. 

Her experience is supported by an MBA from Henley Business School, a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Studies and the Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.  A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
