While with the department I operated professional production equipment in the roles of Replay Operator, LED Operator and live/post production Camera Man. Special project included the research and development of a Human Resources scorecard. The purpose of the scorecard was to organize key metrics creating a 'snapshot' of the state of the HR line of business.
