I've been creating things, every minute of every day, ever since my mom turned around in the front seat of the car and said, "Let's play a game". She explained, "Every time you notice something neat in the world, notice what's missing. Notice how things could be even better. Imagine what you would create if you could create anything, and we'll daydream about it together. This is inventing." I fell in love with inventing at that moment, and have never stopped.

Malcolm Gladwell said it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at something. I've been inventing deliberately, non-stop, for over 40 years. I have thousands of inventions and have brought hundreds to the world: a collaborative online market research platform that's still around today, Canada's first performance advertising network, a machine that makes websites in 10 minutes, Google's (and Gusto's) approach to customer acquisition, and Google Partners – Google's largest money-making marketing program ever, now generating billions annually.

Above all, I love inventing ways to help others flourish. Like the Indeed Happiness Score – a program we created at Indeed to help people be happier at work, and let everyone know where all of us are actually happiest working.

For me, it's having the freedom to create. And in today's AI revolution, I see an unprecedented opportunity to give everyone that same freedom.

At MASSIVart, I took the lead in developing and rolling out a well-rounded content strategy across platforms like our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and executive profiles. My role included digging into market research, creating tailored content for different channels, managing content calendars, and driving Thought Leadership efforts. I also fine-tuned digital marketing strategies, oversaw visual projects, tracked SEO performance, and kept up with industry trends to make sure the brand's voice stayed fresh and impactful. On top of that, I built media partnerships, put together actionable monthly reports, and used market insights to help shape MASSIVart’s overall marketing approach.

Key Achievements:  
• Revamped website content and enhanced SEO efforts, decreasing the website’s bounce rate by 9.8%, now consistently stabilizing between 40% and 42% month after month. These adjustments contributed to a 45.9% rise in overall site sessions, with a notable 66.8% increase in U.S.-based visitors.  
• Strategically boosted MASSIVart’s LinkedIn presence, achieving a 398.2% growth in followers alongside a remarkable 301.7% increase in impressions. This surge in visibility not only expanded audience reach and brand recognition but also significantly impacted lead generation on both a domestic and international scale.  
•Managed Instagram growth with an 87.1% uptick in reach, while driving engagement further with a 112.1% increase in profile views from 2022 to 2024, amplifying leads and audience engagement across the platform.  

Through my strategic approach and data-driven execution, I successfully elevated MASSIVart’s digital presence, showcasing the brand’s creative vision, expanding audience engagement, and driving measurable growth across all channels.

City Supervisor and Manager | Montreal

• Led school tours in Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City. Group numbers ranging from 15 - 250 students. 
• Responsible for conveying information to students in an interactive and exciting way.
• Travelled between Toronto and select cities on a weekly basis.
• Worked closely with teachers and leaders to ensure a successful and positive educational travel experience with great customer service.
• Acted as the liaison between tour groups and travel suppliers such as hotels, restaurants, and bus companies. This includes but is not exclusive to confirmation calls, meal orders and organizing rooming lists. 
• Often times, lead bus on multi-bus tours. I was the lead bus for a 5 bus tour with a total PAX of 250 people.
