I also represent buyers and targets in public-private and private-private business transactions. I help institutional, sovereign wealth, family office, venture capital, corporate venture capital, private-equity, and angel investors structure and implement investments and manage portfolio companies. I serve on the board of the Support Center for Child Advocates, where I volunteer as a Child Advocate pro bono attorney, and on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association, where I co-chair the Large Firm Associates Committee. I also advise a range of civic and political organizations throughout the region.
