I assist clients at every stage of the business cycle, from initial company formation, financings, M&A, and general governance to initial public offerings. I also represent buyers and targets in public-private and private-private business transactions. My clients come from a broad variety of industries including technology, software, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity, gaming, fintech, retail, e-commerce, finance, manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare.

I help institutional, sovereign wealth, family office, venture capital, corporate venture capital, private-equity, and angel investors structure and implement investments and manage portfolio companies. I also represent private and public companies providing general corporate and strategic advice on financings, partnerships, joint ventures and M&A transactions, as well as inbound, outbound, and cross-border transactions.

For over 20 years I have advised hundreds of startups and investors on their business and legal needs.  This enables me to provide informed business advice on how to navigate the critical intersections that an emerging business faces and how to negotiate key deal terms in financings and complex transactions.
