Josh Gutter is a corporate attorney with Perlman, Bajandas, Yevoli, & Albright.  He is also a certified public accountant.

Over the course of his legal career, Josh has gained experience with respect to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, healthcare transactions, representation & warranty insurance, accounting-related disputes, and general corporate and commercial matters.  He has also supported and led numerous business development initiatives.  

In addition, Josh is an alumnus of City Year (AmeriCorps), where he served as a mentor and tutor at Miami Jackson Senior High and received City Year’s annual award for embodying “Ubuntu”, a South African proverb that values community, human dignity, and respect and compassion towards others.  To this day, Josh continues to care deeply about education, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
