In a dual role, I provide strategic leadership, steering The Diamond Mine Academy with a vision aligned to our mission. As a resource manager, I lead fundraising efforts, nurturing relationships for diversified revenue streams, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Hands-on in day-to-day operations, I guide efficient program implementation, fostering a positive culture of innovation and collaboration. Externally, I represent the academy, forging valuable stakeholder relationships, advocating for our mission.

As the CEO of Diamond Mine Academy, I find immense joy in the profound impact we have on the lives of vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers in Kenya. It's incredibly fulfilling to directly contribute to saving and transforming lives, providing a safe sanctuary for those on the path to resettlement in the United States.

Working alongside my partner, Martin Cowart, I am currently engaged in fundraising activities to seed our vision, creating a secure haven for refugees and asylum seekers. I am particularly thrilled about our collaboration with Welcome Corp, a groundbreaking innovation in refugee resettlement by the United States.

Beyond my role as CEO, I proudly serve as a leader among asylum seekers in Kenyan refugee camps, advocating passionately for equal rights for all, especially Africans. I firmly believe that every African, regardless of orientation, gender, abilities, or social status, deserves a life filled with love, joy, and happiness.

My mission extends to financial empowerment, where I coach, teach, and speak to liberate fellow Africans towards achieving financial freedom. As a spiritual teacher, I draw inspiration from the core teachings of Jesus, focusing on the principle and universal law of abundance.
