As the Founder and CEO of B5 Digital, I have led the Denmark-based agency to: 

- Acquire and build long-term software projects for over 20 clients, with SaaS and business software as main products. 
- Build a remote-first team, with global talents. The team now has over 15 members. 
- Serve clients in 8+ industries in 10+ countries In Europe, Asia, and North America. 
- Became a partner with a number of startups including: Denmark-based platforms Lema, LEASO, Singapore-based agency Heroes of Digital, and Ireland-based startup Adison.

My focus with B5 Digital can be concluded in:

- Setting and analyzing goals and overall strategy. 
- Overseeing day-to-day software design and development operations. 
- Ensuring a healthy, cooperative, and flexible environment for the team to work in. 
- Overseeing marketing and content production efforts. 
- Analyzing reports and outcomes. 
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring their needs are fulfilled in new projects.

I Co-founded and led Elegant Tech Solutions, a software house headquartered in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. 

During this period I acted as Managing Director and CTO and have:

- Helped in entirely moving the company to Denmark, opening new opportunities, and reaching new clients. 
- Led a remote team located in 2 different countries in addition to Denmark. 
- Delivered successful software projects for startups, small and mid-size businesses in various industries including: Digital Marketing Agencies, Financial Leasing, Automotive, Tourism, and Retail.
