Engaged to scale Amazon related sales for a supplement brand, I was responsible for managing and optimising a product portfolio of 20+ products across Amazon Marketplaces in UK, DE, IT, FR, ES, NL, PL, SE. I defined and implemented the overarching Amazon strategy including SEO, Amazon PPC, Amazon DSP and Product Launch. I led a team of 2 Marketplace managers and 1 PPC manager.

Results
•	Build a high-performance team of Amazon Marketplace Managers that apply best practice SEO and Marketing for Amazon Product Listings in Europe;
•	Implemented new tools and processes to increase visibility of product performance that drives actionable insights;
•	Doubled monthly Net Profit within 3 months

VIVERE

Engaged to scale Amazon related sales for a FMCG manufacturer, I was responsible for managing and optimizing a product portfolio of 500+ products across Amazon Marketplaces in US, MX, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES. I defined and implemented the overarching Amazon strategy including SEO, listing images, Amazon PPC, off-Amazon Marketing, Customer Service and Product Launch. I led a team of 5 Marketplace managers and 2 designers in-house.

Results
•	Build a high-performance team of Amazon Marketplace Managers that apply best practice SEO and Marketing for Amazon Product Listings in Europe and North America;
•	Implemented new tools and processes to increase visibility of product performance that drives actionable insights;
•	Launched >30 new products using Google, Facebook, ManyChat and PPC;
•	Grew monthly revenues by 6x and monthly net profit by 4x within 12 months

Origin Energy

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, I was responsible for supporting the overall delivery of a business transformation program designed to accelerate strategic initiatives and realise multimillion-dollar value return. I have defined a program of work using agile and lean methodologies to deliver the largest return on investment, leading the strategy definition for various business units within Origin while actively engaging functional stakeholders in ideation, strategic facilitation and the delivery of key initiatives, including the application of design thinking principles. Working across divisions, I lead project teams to deliver transformational change while embedding a culture of accountability for continuous improvement.  

Results
• Implemented new working practices such as agile and lean methodologies at business unit level; 
• Led an innovation challenge, generating 100+ ideas in two weeks, organised a shark tank and oversaw implementation a number of winning business improvement initiatives;
• Developed the ‘Accelerating Our Strategy’ program, a large-scale transformation incorporating major cost cutting initiatives and technology change across Energy Markets; 
• Created the vision and strategy for large scale project LPG 2021 including vison and target setting, identification of initiatives, roadmap planning and execution support; 
• Created the Origin Leaders Series to bring together the top 50 leaders in strategic alignment;
• Challenged the existing reward structure, re-designing incentive schemes for employees and executives.

Transformation & Program Manager - Transformation Office

Engaged to improve business processes in terms of financial and operating reporting, forecasting and budgeting, the aim of this role was to enhance reporting capability and drive digitisation. I led the production of regular KPI reporting, budget packs and financial insights, in addition to investor communications, for executives up to the level of CEO, while identifying stakeholder needs and opportunities for improvement in reporting to encourage greater collaboration. Acting as a business partner, I managed relationships across the business in addition to managing a small team responsible for technical modelling and commercial business partnering. 

Results
• Improved operational efficiency and visibility for executive leaders by leading the ground-up development and roll-out of a fully integrated monthly planning and reporting process;
• Successfully implemented advanced BI tool Tableau, enabling cost centre managers to access financial and performance data independently, paving the way for self-service reporting;
• Led a major restructuring initiative to realise $M cost savings; 
• Provided a ‘single source of truth’ to the finance function and business, critical to driving performance transparency.

Supporting a range of business improvement and cost reduction projects, my core mandate was to work with clients to identify opportunities and prepare implementation plans and recommendations on cost reduction and growth options. I executed strategy and operations projects on behalf of local, regional and national energy retailers, maintaining an active overview of market trends and legislative changes and managing a largely C-level stakeholder base. Leading project teams of up to 20, I focused on coaching and training to instil best practice standards.

• Enabled the launch of Germany’s largest green energy provider for business clients through the development of green and carbon free energy solutions;
• Developed core products with standardised pre-sales, sales and after care processes, enabling the relaunch of the company as Germany’s largest energy sales company for SMEs;
• Played an integral role in a 2010 merger to create Northern Germany’s largest grid operator.
