Our Industry Association exists to establish minimum best practice standards for Buyer's Agents working throughout Australia.  

As the elected President of this Association, I am proud to lead the professional body at a time when the Buyer's Agent industry across Australia is expanding rapidly.  Through education and consumer advocacy, it is my goal to raise standards across the Buyers Agent industry so that consumers can feel confident about choosing a buyers agent who will always act in the best interest of their client.

Wilston Developments is a privately owned development company based in Brisbane.  Its purpose is to source land for residential and commercial development and then design and deliver quality multi-residential and commercial properties for the South-East Queensland market.  My role here includes the following:
* Researcher behind the property deals
* Analyzing market trends
* Assessing project feasibility
* Coordinating land purchase contracts
* Liaising with town planners, architects, engineers etc to create marketable spaces within a city plan scope. 
* Management of the sales process for the finished product which has included direct to market approaches.

In this role I assisted Clients in assessing the development potential of any site.  I managed the process of bringing any property to its highest and best use to maximise investment and development returns for Clients.  This role involved determining project feasibility, advising on site acquisition and site potential, obtaining development approvals, managing the design process to meet the target market, coordinating building approvals and overseeing construction of new residential homes, town homes and units.  I worked closely with the projects team and other external consultants to deliver outstanding property development results for Clients

The principal objective of the service is to get children active and expose them to a wide variety of perceptual motor skills to prevent the onset of coordination problems associated with physical inactivity.
